about the journal
Forum Philosophicum is a peer-reviewed international scholarly journal.
Forum Philosophicum, while not restricted to the philosophy of religion, it welcomes especially papers which provide critically innovative approaches to the issues that arise in the context of the confrontation of religion with philosophy and contemporary science. Although the chief aim of the journal is to provide a forum for scholarly exchange of the philosophical ideas that might be of special interest to the philosophers engaged in the study of religion, contributions by all academic philosophers, regardless of their philosophical orientation, ideological position or philosophical specialization are most welcomed.
Forum Philosophicum is published biannually, in June and December. Approximately 30 articles in the congress languages are published each year. Book reviews and notices, as well as back-and-forth discussions are also welcomed.
Forum Philosophicum is edited at the Jesuit University School of Philosophy and Education (WSFP Ignatianum), but its extensive editorial team consists of representatives of the leading Polish and international universities.
