Human Resources

The Human Resources Department reports to the Rector of the Jesuit University Ignatianum in Krakow and is responsible for the policy of the University, providing full human resources services for all persons employed at the University. It provides an administrative support within the specified scope of its activity. Jesuit University Ignatianum in Krakow cares for safe and stable work environment. One of the main objectives of the Human Resources Policy at Ignatianum is to create conditions for the development of competences and improvement of skills by its employees, supporting them in taking advantage of internal and external courses.
