Zapraszamy do współpracy z Rycerzami Kolumba, międzynarodową organizacją katolickich mężczyzn. Rycerze Kolumba działają w kilkunastu państwach świata i gromadzą w swoich szeregach ponad 1,96 miliona członków. W Polsce obecni są od ponad 13 lat i liczą ponad 5,5 tys. członków działających na terenie 28 diecezji. Zasadami Rycerzy Kolumba są miłosierdzie, jedność, braterstwo i patriotyzm. Organizację założył ks. Michael McGivney, który w 1882 r. w New Haven w Stanach Zjednoczonych zgromadził grupę mężczyzn pragnących wspierać się wzajemnie i formować w wierze katolickiej. 15 marca 2008 roku Benedykt XVI zatwierdził dekret o heroiczności cnót Sługi Bożego ks. McGivney’a i rozpoczął jego proces beatyfikacyjny.

CATHOLIC JOB OPPORTUNITY
KofC Polska, an affiliated entity of the Knights of Columbus, the largest Catholic lay organization in the Church, is seeking a person in Krakow to assist with managing communication and translation projects and various KofC events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Manage social and other media communication.
B. Translate texts from English to Polish and vice versa.
C. Manage various events sponsored by the Knights of Columbus.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
A. One or two years of related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
B. Licentiate degree/pursuing a Master degree/Graduate.
C. Exhibits sound and practical judgment.
D. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
E. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets.
F. Knowledge and understanding of the teaching of the Catholic Church and a good sense of discretion.
G. Knowledge and understanding of the fraternal operations of the Knights of Columbus would be an asset.
