Intern in Customer Service Team (US) in Sylvamo

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students willing to gain experience in an international company in the area of Customer Service. Sylvamo is not a call center, but a company that maintains lasting relationships with the customers.

With us, you will have an opportunity to learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes as well as logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation - and all that with a support from your teammates.

Your responsibilities will be to support our Customer Service Team in daily tasks in order to provide the highest quality of services to our customers.

If you are interested, we are happy to offer you an internship in the afternoon and evening hours (corresponding with US office hours).
