Brief overview:

More details:

The programme is a paid 3 month intensive course where you will learn all of the foundations of being a recruiter/sourcer and one which has a guaranteed position at the end of it. You will engage with candidates from across the world from the very beginning and learn the various tools and systems that make for a first class sourcer. The candidate world is a fast moving one and we will give you the tools that you need to ensure that you succeed in your quest to find the right ones.

Our training doesn’t stop after the first 3 months, but will continue throughout your career and will allow you to progress your career within Alexander Mann Solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have:

·         Excellent communication skills and good phone manner

·         Fluency in English

·         You are willing to develop yourself in the Recruitment area
